    第一届 “敦煌杯”中国民族室内乐乐团比赛2018年在甘肃敦煌成功举办,以乐团比赛为核心,以音乐会形式集中呈现民乐新作品,达到了有效向基层音乐学习者传承发展中国民族器乐的既定目标,也让我们有信心继续深耕细作,通过打造品牌活动深入推广民族音乐文化。

    2021年,第二届“敦煌杯”中国民族室内乐乐团比赛将于4月——10月期间举办,同期将举办第二届“敦煌奖”中国民族室内乐新作品展评活动。本次“民族室内乐乐团”比赛过程中同时邀请海内外专业机构联合进行新作品的国际化推广,并对进入决赛的团队、组合、具有地方特色的音乐作品进行宣传推广,扩大民族音乐的受众群体和传播范围。

    以公平、公正、公开为原则,发现、推广具有文化艺术审美价值和时代创新精神、适合基层艺术社团推广的优秀民族室内乐作品和积极倡导、表达新时代民族音乐艺术表现的各级各类乐团组织。

海内外职业与非职业中国民族室内乐乐团、重奏组合均可报名。

·比赛类别与分组
乐队比赛的类别或组合形式:
组合要求:参赛作品须为多声部作品,即包含两个声部以上(含两个),齐奏及同声部演奏的作品和形式不在本次比赛的范畴。允许适量加入大提琴、低音提琴、铝板琴等西洋乐器,但人数不能超过乐队总人数的三分之一。
一、民族乐器组合类
1、单一乐器组合形式(如:古筝重奏、琵琶重奏、笛子重奏、二胡重奏、打击乐重奏等等)
2、同类乐器组组合(如:弹拨乐器组重奏、合奏,拉弦乐器组重奏、合奏,吹管乐器组重奏、合奏,打击乐器组重奏、合奏等)
3、不同乐器、不同乐器组的综合性重奏、合奏、室内乐形式
4、民间乐种(如广东音乐、江南絲竹、福建南音、北方鼓吹乐等)

二、流行风格的民族器乐组合
乐器组合形式要求同上,可带MIDI伴奏。

所有组别演奏作品和伴奏均应确保该作品绝无侵害任何第三方知识产权及其他相关权益的情形。如因此导致任何侵权行为和任何个人或集体经济、精神损失的,均应由提交该作品者自负责任,与组委会和主办单位无关。


·比赛分组
一、按报名规模自动分组:
1、小型乐团 (2人——9人)
2、中型乐团 (10人——20人)

二、比赛年龄分组
1、非职业组(分为三组)
小学组 (2/3成员为小学生)
中学组 (2/3成员为中学生)
青年组 (2/3成员为18-40岁)
成年组 (2/3成员为41岁以上)

2、职业组 (分为四组)
职业A组:
特指国内十一所音乐学院的专业学生、教师及国家级职业团体演奏员。
职业B组:
国内艺术院校、在京专业院校的专业学生、各院校青年教师及省级职业团体演奏员(南京艺术学院、山东艺术学院等艺术学院;中国戏曲学院、北京师范大学等在京专业院校)。
职业C组:
地方综合类大学、大专专业学生、青年教师及地市职业团体演奏员
职业少年组:
国内专业音乐院校、艺术院校附中、附小及中专类院校专业学生  

(注:职业组分组取决于2/3成员目前所在学校、单位或团体情况)
 
·比赛方式与流程说明
核心提示:
1、比赛全程分为初赛、决赛两个阶段,以视频方式线上评审,如有补充调整另行通知。
2、所有参赛组别初赛、决赛各按要求报送一首全员演奏录像,曲目自选。职业组决赛曲目不可与初赛曲目重复,非职业组决赛曲目可与初赛相同。
3、本届比赛的参赛乐团(组合)名称从初赛到决赛必须一致(获奖和推广名单以此为准)。
4、初赛和决赛的人数变化不能超过±2人。
5、曲目演奏时间为3—8分钟以内。
6、团队参赛曲目以格调高雅,内容新颖为佳,尽可能体现室内乐和重奏的艺术表现力。

 一、报名和初赛 
 1、4月1日—6月30日网络在线报名,请登陆和随时关注比赛官网:艺赛中国网(
www.cn-imc.com)。进入报名平台。登陆在线报名平台填写报名表,连同初赛评审费一起交纳办理。参赛乐团(组合)资料和评审费全部收到后组委会将以短信或微信的形式告知参赛乐团(组合)确认报名成功。

2、初赛一律采用评委审看参赛乐团(组合)录像视频的方式进行。
3、7月1日前完成初赛视频提交。
4、初赛视频要求:A、演奏者在光线明亮处,正面向摄像机镜头,设定合适的距离以确保每一位演奏者面目清晰可见。B、初赛视频必须是在2020年6月1日到2021年6月30日期间(一年内)录制完成的。C、初赛视频文件名以参赛乐团(组合)的名称命名。D、初赛视频文件格式为MP4 ,清晰度不超过1920*1080p,不小于720*480p。E、报名录像资料不予退还。
5、初赛评审费:150元/人 
6、2021年7月5日左右在活动官方网站
www.cn-imc.com发布初赛结果。入围团队可网络在线办理确认参加决赛手续,未入围决赛的参赛乐团(组合),组委会不再通知,所交资料和评审费不予退还,可微信或电子邮件索取评委评审评语及建议。
 

(二)决赛 
1、2021年7月5—12日,入围决赛团队可网络在线办理确认参加决赛手续,组委会同步通知决赛具体视频拍摄要求。
2、决赛评审费300元/人。
3、决赛视频提交时间:9月15—20日
4、决赛推广宣传期:入围决赛的团队可在决赛准备期间拍摄乐团故事、排练花絮、成员采访(特写)等视频、图片、文章,或自己制作的团队宣传小视频,与决赛视频一起发到组委会,经大赛官网编辑整理后,结合比赛作品,陆续在各平台发布,为乐团作更大化推广宣传。(乐团推广自愿参加,没有额外费用,不影响评审结果)
5、决赛结果发布时间:2021年10月15日。 

 
·奖项设置
1、进入决赛的乐团(组合)按照参赛作品并参考年龄等条件分组别评分,平均分95分以上为金奖、90-94.9分为银奖、85-89.9分为铜奖,其他为优秀演奏奖;
2、组委会将设立"优秀指导教师奖"、"优秀组织奖"。

3、 奖品/奖金:
*各组别金、银、铜奖的团队获得奖杯、获奖证书;个人获得奖章及获奖证书;
*进入决赛,未获得金、银、铜奖的团队和个人获得优秀演奏奖证书;
*评委会特别奖:总结所有参赛团队(组合)各方面表现,评委会投票产生两个特别奖团队,分别获得奖金(人民币)壹万元。


·注意事项
1、所有选手一旦报名参赛,即表明自己认可本章程。因此都必须遵守本次比赛的各项规定。
2、组委会拥有本赛事音像制品的广播、电视播放权及音像制品表演范围内的使用、出版和发行权。获奖团队有义务参加组委会组织安排的公益性演出或出访演出活动。
3、所有参赛选手和家长,都应遵守比赛规则尊重组委会的工作调度和评委会的评审结果。对比赛过程中出现的某些问题如有意见,请与监委会反映。对无理取闹并影响比赛者,组委会有权取消其参赛资格。已经报名但因个体原因退出比赛的乐团或成员,不退评审费。
4、如遇不可抗力因素取消或推迟活动,组委会将在官方网站公布相关信息。
5、本章程最终解释权归本次活动组委会,如有未尽事宜另行补充通知。

Mission Statement
The competition will base on the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness to promote outstanding Chinese chamber music works with cultural and artistic aesthetic value, with innovative spirit of the times, be suitable for promotion by grassroots art groups and representing the characteristics of various of modern music ensembles. 

Participants
Domestic and international professional or non-professional Chinese traditional chamber music ensembles (combinations) are all eligible to apply.

Competition categories and groupings
Category or Form of Combination for Competition:Entries must be polyphonic works, i.e. containing more than two voices (including two), unison and homophonic performances are not included in this competition. It is allowed to add cello, double bass, aluminum plate piano and other western instruments, but the number cannot exceed one-third of the total number of band members.

I. Chinese traditional instruments ensemble category:
1、Single instrument ensemble (e.g. guzheng ensemble, pipa ensemble, flute ensemble, erhu ensemble, percussion ensemble, etc.)
2、Same catargory instruments (e.g. plucked instruments ensemble, string instruments ensemble, wind instruments ensemble, percussion instruments ensemble, etc.)
3、Fusion music ensemble and chamber music of different instruments catergories.
4、Traditional music ensemble: (e.g. Cantonese music, Jiangnansizhu, Fujian Nanyin, northern drum and wind music, etc.)

II. Pop music style in traditional instrument ensembles: The instrumental:
combinations are as same as above. It can play with MIDI accompaniment and both the performance and the accompaniment should ensure that the work in no way infringes on any third party intellectual property rights and other related rights. If this leads to any infringement and any individual or collective economic or moral loss, the person submitting the work shall be responsible for it and has nothing to do with the organizing committee and the organizer.

 

Competition grouping
I. Automatic grouping by registration size.
1、Small ensemble (2 people - 9 people)
2、Medium-sized ensemble (10 people - 20 people)

II. Competition age grouping
1. Non-professional group (divided into three groups)
Elementary school group (2/3 members should be elementary school students)
Secondary school group (2/3 members should be secondary school students)
Youth group (2/3 members should be 18-40 years old)
Adult group (2/3 members should be over 41 years old)

2、Occupational group (divided into four groups)
Professional Group A:
Specially refers to music major students, teachers and musicians of national professional organizations, who graduate from eleven music academies in China.

Professional Group B:
Music major students of Chinese art colleges, professional colleges in Beijing. And young teachers of each college and performers of local professional groups .

Professional Group C:
Music major students and young teachers of local comprehensive universities and colleges.

Professional Junior Group:
Chinese professional music colleges, elementary school and secondary which attaches to art colleges
 (Note: Vocational group depends on 2/3 of the members' current school and organization status)

 

Method of competition and process description

Core tips
1. The competition is divided into two stages: preliminary round and final round, which will be judged by online video. Any additional adjustment will be announced.

2. All groups are required to submit one video of the whole team playing in the preliminary and final rounds. The final repertoire of the professional group cannot be repeated with the preliminary repertoire; the final repertoire of the non-professional group can be the same as the preliminary repertoire.

3. The names of the participating teams must be the same from the preliminary round to the final round of the competition .

4. The number of participants in the preliminary and final rounds cannot add or reduce more than 2 people.

5.The performance time of the repertoire should within 3-8 minutes.

6. The repertoire of the team should be elegant and new, reflecting the artistic expression of chamber music.


 I. Registration and preliminary round: 
 1、Online registration opens from April 1 to June 30, please visit the official website: www.cn-imc.com for registration. Login to the online application platform to fill in the application form and submit it with the preliminary round judging fee. The organizing committee will inform the participating teams by SMS or WeChat after all the information and judging fees are received to confirm the successful registration.

2. The preliminary rounds will be conducted visually and reviewed by the judges.

3. Due date for preliminary video submission: before July 1.

4. Preliminary video requirements:
A. Players should face the camera in a bright place, and set a suitable distance to ensure that each player's face is clearly visible.
B. Preliminary video must be recorded between June 1, 2020 and June 30, 2021.
C. Preliminary video file name should be named after the participating teams.
D. The video files will not be returned.

5、Judging fee for preliminary round: 150 RMB/person.

6. The results of the preliminary round will be released on the official website of the tournament www.cn-imc.com around July 5, 2021. The finalist teams can apply online to confirm their participation in the final. For the teams are not selected as finalists will not be notified, and the material and judging fees are non-refundable. Judges' comments and suggestions can be requested via WeChat or email.

 

II Final Round
1、Registration for final will open online between July 5 to 12, 2021 for finalist teams. The specific video shooting requirements for final round will be informed by organizing committee

2、Judging fee for final round: 300 RMB/person.

3、Video submission time: September 15-20

4、Final round promotion and publicity: The finalist teams can shoot videos, pictures or edit articles such as orchestra stories, rehearsal highlights, member interviews (close-ups) during the preparation of the final, or make brief team promotion videos and send them to the organizing committee together with the finalist videos. All materials will be edited and compiled by the organizing team and released on various platforms to promote participants.( Promotion is voluntary, there is no additional cost and it does not affect the outcome of the review)

5. Final results release date: October 15, 2021. 
 

Award Setting
1、The ensembles entering the final round will be scored according to the entries and referenced to age and other conditions. The average score for the gold award is equal or more than 95, 90-94.9 is for the silver award and 85-89.9 is for the bronze award. Others are all Outstanding performance awards.

2、The organizing committee will set up the Outstanding Instructor Award and Outstanding Organization Award.

3、Prizes:
a. Teams winning gold, silver and bronze awards of each category will receive trophies and award certificates; individuals in the team will receive medals and award certificates.

b. Teams and individuals who entered the final round but did not win the gold, silver or bronze awards will receive the Outstanding Performance Award certificate.

c. Special Award of the Jury: Two teams will be selected by the Jury from all participants according to their performances in various aspects. Each team will receive a prize of RMB 10,000.


Attention
1、All players who sign up for the competition indicate that they approve of this constitution. Therefore, they must abide by the rules of the competition.

2、The organizing committee has the right to broadcast the audio and video products of the competition on radio and television and the right to use, publish and distribute the audio and video products within the scope of performance. The winning team is obliged to participate in the public welfare performance or travel performance activities organized by the organizing committee.

3、All contestants and parents should abide by the rules of the competition and respect the work schedule of the organizing committee and the evaluation results of the jury. If you have any comments on certain issues that arise during the competition, please reflect them to the Supervisory Committee. The Organizing Committee has the right to disqualify those who are unreasonably disruptive and affect the competition. No refund will be given to those teams or members who have already registered but withdrawn from the competition for individual reasons.

4. In case of cancellation or postponement due to force majeure factors, the organizing committee will announce the relevant information on the official website.

5、The final interpretation of this constitution belongs to the organizing committee of this event, if there are any unfinished matters, we will inform you separately.
