四、比賽辦法
職業組分初賽、複賽、決賽三個階段進行。
非職業組、重奏組分初賽、決賽兩個階段進行。
初賽以光盤審看的方式進行，決賽爲現場比賽。
重奏組不設規定曲目，初賽、決賽各自選壹首，不可重複，按全曲准備。
職業獨奏組全程比賽均需鋼琴伴奏，非職業組別全程不帶任何形式的伴奏。
五、比賽時間安排
2014年3月15日 光碟寄送報名截止。（以快遞發出當日時間為准）
2014年3月20日 公佈各組別進入複賽/決賽名單。
2014年5月1-3日 香港進行複賽/決賽。
六、比賽報名
1、報名表下載
所有參賽選手登陸指定網站下載報名表格，或致電010-63523471 13520063392 以其它方式索取。大賽官方網站 “藝賽中國網” www.cn-imc.com 查詢比賽進程，並下載相關報名表。
2、報名
①填寫報名表，提供兩張選手近期一寸正面免冠照片，（一張粘貼於報名表上，另一張隨光碟一同寄至組委會）。②參賽者自己錄製的DVD光碟。（要求：演奏者在光線明亮處，正面全景全曲完整錄影，除可在光碟表面手寫或粘貼選手組別、姓名、演奏曲目外，參賽視頻中不能有任何剪輯和文字說明；參賽視頻必須能夠通過常用電腦軟體或影碟機讀取。） ③參賽者戶口本影本、身份證或護照影本一份，連同初賽評審費的匯款憑證原件或影本，與報名表、光碟、照片一同郵寄或快遞發送到組委會辦公室。
3、初賽
初賽一律採用評委審看光碟的方式進行，非職業組選手參加初賽後將得到評審組的針對選手本人的客觀評價意見。

5、評審入圍
初賽全部結束後，組委會將會在官方網站發佈進入決賽的選手名單並短信通知選手。
沒有進入決賽的選手，組委會不再通知。所交資料和評審費，不予退還。
6、評審費
初賽——獨奏：人民幣300元/人或50美元/人，重奏：人民幣100元/人或20美元/人。
決賽——獨奏：人民幣1500元/人或260美元/人，重奏：人民幣500元/人或85美元/人。
每位選手最多兼報一項重奏類比賽。
初賽費用在光碟寄送時一併匯款；決賽報名費於4月1日——4月15日匯款至比賽組委會銀行帳戶。
7、複決賽抽簽
選手參加複賽/決賽的順序，由組委會組織統一抽籤。
七、獎項設置
1、進入決賽的選手現場演奏，評委現場打分。按照參賽選手所獲分數的高低順序，依次排獎。分別評出金獎、銀獎、銅獎、優秀演奏獎各若干名。
2、職業獨奏組第一、二、三名、非職業獨奏組金獎第一名、重奏組金獎第一名將獲得獎品和證書。其他獎項將頒發獲獎證書。同時評出“優秀組合獎”、“優秀作品獎”“最具潛力獎”等獎項，組委會還將對榮獲金、銀獎選手的指導教師以及有多名學生進入決賽的指導教師頒發“優秀指導教師獎”、“優秀組織獎”。
八、注意事項
1、所有選手一旦報名參賽，即表明自己認可本章程。因此都必須遵守本章程的各項規定。
2、填寫報名表時，一定要字跡清楚，正楷填寫，準確無誤。如因自己填寫的報名表字跡模糊、內容有錯而造成損失的，完全由本人負責。
3、組委會擁有本賽事音像製品的廣播、電視播放權及音像製品表演範圍內的使用、出版和發行權。獲獎選手有義務參加組委會組織安排的公益性演出活動或出訪演出活動。
4、參賽選手（包括陪同家長）在參加比賽期間的交通、食宿等經費自理，組委會可協助提供酒店接待。
5、所有參賽選手和家長，都必須遵守比賽規則和賽場紀律，服從組委會的工作調度和評委會的評審結果。對比賽過程中出現的某些問題如有意見，請找組委會反映。對無理取鬧並影響比賽者，組委會有權取消該選手的參賽資格。
6、凡因選手本人原因，屆時未到賽場參加比賽的，不退評審費。
7、參賽選手所報送的光碟，必須是每人一盤。不允許多人錄在同一張光碟上。
8、如遇不可抗力因素取消或推遲活動，組委會將在官方網站公佈相關資訊。
9、本章程的解釋權歸本次比賽組委會。

IV. Competition Measures:
Preliminary, semi-final and final are conducted on the professional group.
Preliminary and final are conducted on the non-professional and ensemble group.
The preliminary is conducted by means of CD review and the final is live.
The song is not required in terms of the quartet.. Each song (not the same) is selected for the preliminary and final respectively and the contestant shall prepare the whole song.
Except the professional soloist group, no accompaniment of any forms is allowed in terms of other groups.
V. Time Arrangement:
The DVD sending registration ends on 15th March 2014. (The express delivery date shall prevail.)
The finalist is issued on 20th March 2014.
The final is carried on in Hong Kong from 1st to 3rd May 2014.
VI. Competition Registration:
1. All contestants login the designated website to download the registration form or dial 010-63523471 or 18301033771 to obtain the registration form. You can visit the official website www.cn-imc.com to learn the competition schedule and download related registration forms.
2. Registration: ① the contestant shall fill out the registration form and provide two one-inch recent bareheaded photos (one is pasted on the registration form, the other is sent to the Organizing Committee together with the CD-ROM). ② the contestant should provide DVD discs that are recorded by the contestants. (Requirements: the player shall be in the bright light. The video with whole song shall be front, panoramic and whole. Except the group name, the contestant name and repertoire that can be handwritten or pasted on the disc surface, no video clips and captions are allowed to appear in the videos. Ensure that the video can be read by the commonly used computer software or DVD drive.) ③ the contestant shall provide and send the copy of the residence booklet, the copy of ID card or passport together with the original or copy of the remittance certificate of the preliminary assessment fee, the registration form, CD-ROM and photographs by mail or courier to the Organizing Committee Office.
3. The preliminary is conducted by means that the judges observe the discs. After the preliminary, the review group will make objective evaluation and suggestions to each contestant of the non-professional group.

Upon receiving the contestant document and assessment fee, the Organizing Committee will inform the contestant to confirm the competition qualification by SMS or e-mail.

5. After all preliminaries are finished, the Organizing Committee will issue the finalist on the official website and inform the contestants by SMS.
For contestants that do not enter the final, the Organizing Committee will not make any notice, and documents and assessment fees are not returned.
6. Assessment fee:
Preliminary-solo: RMB 300 or USD 50 per person; ensemble: RMB 100 or USD 20 per person.
Final- solo: RMB 1,500 or USD 260 per person; ensemble: RMB 500 or USD 85 per person.
Each contestant can register for one ensemble competition at most at the same time.
Remit the preliminary fee when sending the discs. Remit the final registration fee to the bank account of Organizing Committee from April 1st to 15th.
7. The contestant order is decided through drawing lots by the Organizing Committee.
VII. Prizes:
1. The contestants entering the final play live and judges mark live. The prizes are arranged in descending order of scores. Gold, Silver, Bronze and Outstanding Performance Awards are rated out.
2. The first, second and third professional soloist group winners, and the gold first non-professional soloist group winner and the gold first ensemble group winner will obtain prizes and certificates. For other awards, the award certificates will be awarded. Such awards as “Outstanding Group Award”, “Outstanding Work Award” and “The Most Promising Award” are also rated. The Organizing Committee will also award “Outstanding Instructor Award” and “Outstanding Organization Award” to instructors whose contestants winning the Gold Prize and Silver Prize and instructors who witness a large number of contestants entering the finals.
VIII. Notes:
1. Upon all contestants registering for such a competition, it indicates that they approve such Regulations. Therefore, all contestants should abide by requirements of such Regulations.
2. When filling out the application form, ensure that it is legible and accurate, and write in regular scripts. The contestant should bear all responsibilities by himself if any losses are caused as a result of the illegibility and wrong information when filling out the registration form.
3. The Organizing Committee has the right to broadcast the audiovisual products by radios and TVs, and the right to use, publish and distribute audiovisual products within the performance scopes. Winners are obliged to participate in public performances or visit performances organized by the Organizing Committee.
4. Contestants (including accompanying parents) should bear expenses on the transportation and accommodation etc. themselves, and the Organizing Committee may assist in providing the hotel reception.
5. All contestants and parents must comply with rules of the competition and the stadium discipline, obey the work scheduling by the Organizing Committee and jury assessment results. If there is any question on some issues arising in the course of the competition, please reflect to the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee has the right to revoke his eligibility if one makes trouble out of nothing and affects the competition.
6. The assessment fee will not be returned when the contestant cannot participate in the competition at the stadium on the scheduled time due to some personal reasons.
7. For discs sent by the contestants, it must comply with the principle of each contestant, one disc. Videos of many contestants are not allowed to be recorded on one same disc.
8. The Organizing Committee will issue relevant messages on the official website if the competition is cancelled or postponed due to the force majeure factors.
9. The right to interpret such Regulation is reserved by the Organizing Committee.
